Terms of Service

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and SRL PROJECTS LTD for use of Scaffold at srlprojeccts.shop. By using the service you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and AI Disclaimer.

Scaffold is an online-only software tool that turns a plain-language product idea into a structured build blueprint, wireframes, diagrams and a prototype walkthrough, which you can export. It is a digital SaaS product with no physical goods: we sell no physical goods and there is no shipping, on-site service, installation, repair, diagnosis, certification, or regulated financial, legal or medical advice. Delivery is entirely digital.

You must be at least 13 to use the service; users aged 13–17 must have parent or guardian consent. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in USD via Stripe (monthly or yearly). Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Plan allowances reset each period and do not roll over. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to misuse the service, including the prohibitions in our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

We and our licensors own the Scaffold software and site. You retain ownership of the ideas and content you submit, and you own the blueprints, images and prototypes generated for you, as described in the Content License.

Blueprints and estimates are planning references and educational guides only — not production-ready code, security audits, or legal, tax or data-protection advice, and not quotes or guarantees. The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. See the AI Disclaimer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SRL PROJECTS LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on a blueprint. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the service stops; export your Build Packs beforehand.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Contact support@srlprojeccts.shop.
